service provider for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with absolute
focus in the field of education. Due to the requirement from one of our
division (School DevelopmentOutreach), we are looking for talented people
who are possess a passion to help us to create competent leaders to fulfill
the following position :

To cooperate and deliver relevant guidance and advice to Sampoerna Academy
stakeholders in Palembang, Malang and Bali (depend on the assignment) in
order to ensure a smooth implementation of school quality improvement
program; work collaboratively with Local Office of Education in delivering
progress updates and encourage them to deliver concrete contribution for the
betterment of the program.

*Job Requirements : *

- Possess min S1 from Business, Management or any relevant disciplines.
- Possess min 3 years work experience in the Program or Project
implementation especially in the education area
- Understanding and appreciation of education system across the Republic
of Indonesia.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Good objective analytical skill.
- Good constructive conceptual skill.
- Willing to be placed in Palembang, Malang or Bali (depend on the
assigment)
