REQUIREMENTS AND CRITERIA FOR RECRUITMENT OF high school driver and PPKA YEAR 2011
A. Criteria Applicants
1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
2. Gender: Male
3. Physically and mentally healthy and not color blind
4. Behave well
5. Certified high school (Science, Social Science) / vocational or higher.
6. Having a high school diploma value of Mathematics in Science / vocational or economic value in IPS high school diploma at least 6.00
7. Age of applicants as of January 31, 2011 at least 18 years, maximum 25 years
8. Height / weight loss of at least 160 cm (ideal weight)
9. Not in a direct working ties with other agencies (including the PT. KAI)
10. There was never involved in drugs or psychotropic
11. No tattooed and pierced
12. Passed in following officer candidate selection committee organized by Recruit PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Year 2011

B. General Requirements Application
Cover letter (handwritten) and signed on the stamp Rp.6.000, 00 (six thousand dollars) by the participants with:

* Copy of transcripts that have been legalized (1 sheet)
* Copy of Identity Card (ID) is still valid (1 sheet)
* Photo copy of Birth Certificate / Birth Know (1 sheet)
* Recent color passport photo size 4 X 6 cm, a total of 3 (three) pieces (include name behind it)
* Original Certificate of Good Behaviour from the Police which is still valid
* Statement would be placed in all company areas sealed USD. 6000.00 (own handwritten

* Include Work Experience to date
* Certificate (skill / vocational)
* Highest education Diploma held when there is
* The original Health certificate from the government doctor
* Copy of job seekers Card (ak / 1) which has been legalized from the local Manpower Office

C. Application Procedures
1. Applicants should fill / data entry on a job application form available through the Website: www.kereta-api.co.id, applicants will automatically obtain a registration number
2. Completed form is printed and signed by the applicant and the requirements included in the sealed brown envelope (stamp / postmarked) by stating the driver and CODE NUMBER REGISTER (writing sample code: machinist – 0,123,456) that are printed from the website: www.kereta- api.co.id upper right corner, sent by post no later than February 28, 2011 (Cap Pos) to address
