We are a National Company operates in Down Stream Oil & Gas Services, seeking for a qualified, hard working, and enthusiastic person to fill in position as :

Industrial Relation Staff
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Experience in HR policy & procedures, personnel matters & employee relation
* Have depth knowledge to maintain and control confidential letter such as warning letter, termination of employment letter, and offering letter to ensure all the process run well without work disruption
* Male, max 35 years old
* Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably from Law background.
* Have at least 2 year experience in similar position
* Have knowledge of Manpower regulations / indonesian labor law and its implementation
