Manager – Land Compensation [MLC]
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:
* Procurement of new land for the company,
* Soil should be appropriate and productive for oil palm cultivation, including acquisitions,
* Dealing with problems of land compensation based on company and government policy in consultation with advisors plantation, assistant manager, administration and government departments,
* Provide the best solutions for companies in terms of compensation for land,
* Having good relationships with relevant agencies and local government officials.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree,
* Minimum 5 years experience in managerial positions in the area of oil palm plantation land compensation (COMPULSORY)
