Requirements:
* Male / Female max 30 years old
* Education S2 (preferred)
* Minimum 2 years experience in the field of training / Organizational and People Development
* Have the ability to conduct a TNA (Training Need Analysis), Conduct Training & Training Evaluation
* Experience working with plantation companies (preferably)
* Willing to travel throughout the site
* Education S2 (preferred)
